  I give this quaint Italian hideaway five stars but I am tempted to give it 1 star so nobody else knows about it.
  We have driven past many times, and I always said to my husband "let's stop there on our way home" and then we never did because we were stupid. Until last week.
  We rarely get take out but we have been there twice in a week. The panzerotti is fresh and home made with dough that has a nice light texture, not doughy at all. Could be filled to the ends more but that may be too filling so I say it's perfect. The baked pasta is saucy and cheesy and oh so delicious. I ordered the tomato caprese salad last minute and it was so fresh and the tomatoes were perfect and ripe and almost room temperature which is perfect for tomato salad. I would have liked a bit more of the bocconcini but it's pricey so I get why it's not abundant.. Next time I'd ask to pay an extra charge for more... The little bun was so tasty and light so I'm certain it was home baked too.
  Lastly, the girl at the counter who has a killer voice and one of the friendliest welcoming attitudes of any serving personnel I've seen in a decade. I'm sick of the no personality, drones that dress like tramps that serve us at the chain restaurants, (who screw up our order and have no idea what table maintenance is) so when this girl greeted me with a warm welcome when I picked up our take out, I made a mental note to dine in next time just to enjoy her infectious zest for her work place.
  I purchased a pound of Chiaras morning coffee beans so I'm hoping tomorrow starts off right!
  This gem is a must eat at if you live in maple ridge.... About 18 mins up Dewdney Trunk Road from 240th but worth the drive.
